The payment for the purchase is made directly to Jomayi Property Consultants who will guarantee delivery of the original land certificate of title to the Bank. Loans are repayable monthly; the repayment period is up 3years.

Basic Requirements:

• Centenary Bank savings or current account
• Deposit of 20% contribution of the purchase price
• Regular source of income that can be proven
• Spousal consent for the case of married applicants
• Letter of offer from Jomayi Property Consultants
• Age of above 18 years
• Loan application fee of only UShs. 5,000
