Land Loan Scheme

In a bid to make the process of acquiring land and housing development much easier, faster and fraudulent free, Centenary Bank in collaboration with Jomayi Property Consultants offers loans to customers with regular sources of income to purchase land or shell houses in well planned housing estates. The payment for the purchase is made directly to Jomayi Property Consultants who will guarantee delivery of the original land certificate of title to the Bank. Loans are repayable monthly; the repayment period is up 3years.

Basic Requirements:

  • Centenary Bank savings or current account
  • Deposit of 20% contribution of the purchase price
  • Regular source of income that can be proven
  • Spousal consent for the case of married applicants
  • Letter of offer from Jomayi Property Consultants
  • Age of above 18 years
  • Loan application fee of only UShs. 5,000
