Processing of Foreign Currency Cheques

The Bank receives deposits of foreign currency cheques cleared through international correspondent banks and deposits of traveler’s cheques for credit to customer accounts.

Main Features:

• Cheques denominated in foreign currencies.
• Only cheques with amount above USD 100 or equivalent in foreign currencies.
• Minimum of 31 days for clearance.

Basic Requirements:

• Account with the Bank.
• Proper identification, Passport, ID or Driving License.
• Supporting documents required for cheques with bigger amounts.
