Water Bill Payment Service
The Bank also accepts payments for National Water and Sewerage Cooperation (NW&SC) water bills irrespective of whether the customer has an account with the Bank or not. Customers are free to choose from any of the following two payment options:
Walk-In Option
This payment option is open to Centenary Bank and non Centenary Bank customers. The service is accessible through the following simple steps:
- Walk into any of our Branches.
- Fill out a special cash deposit slip in triplicate indicating the NW&SC Property and Customer Reference Numbers.
- Present the deposit slip along with cash to any cashier.
- Cashier will credit NS&SC collection account with the cash deposit amount and issue a stamped customer copy as acknowledgement of receipt.
- The payment will appear on the next utility bill delivered by NS&SC.
Benefits:
- No need to have an account with Centenary Bank.
- Service is available free of charge.
- Customers can pay at their convenience.
- Payment can be made at any of the Centenary Bank Branches.
- If you are a Centenary Bank customer, you also have the option of accessing the Direct Debit Option.
Direct Debit Option
Under the Direct Debit Option, a customer who has an account with Centenary Bank fills and signs a Direct Debit Agreement (DDA) authorizing the Bank to regularly debit his/her account on a specified date of every month with a stated amount and subsequently credit to the NW&SC collection account with the Bank in settlement of water bills delivered for a given period of time.

- No need to visit the bank to draw money and /or pay
- Service is available free of charge.
- Water bills do not accumulate that warrant disconnection.
