Inaugural Enterprise Finance Summit

We had the pleasure of hosting our customers and partners at our inaugural Enterprise Finance Summit at Mestil Hotel on Wednesday, September 10, 2025.
The summit featured engaging discussions between panellists and the audience, highlighting critical insights and solutions to advance enterprise financing, such as:
- The crucial role of partnerships and open communication.
- The importance of ongoing dialogue
- Strengthening relationship management
- Deeper engagement with SMEs
- Creating greater value for women entrepreneurs
- Support for cost and investment structures
- Encouraging SMEs to take time to understand documentation

SMEs power Uganda’s economy, making up 90% of the private sector and creating livelihoods for women, youth, and families everywhere. Yet too often, women entrepreneurs still face barriers, especially around access to capital.
Our partnership with Africa Guarantee Fund (AGF) means so much. Together, we are expanding financing to women-led businesses and SMEs, ensuring no one is left behind in this growth journey.
